This community is very laid back and country or shall I say agricultural. You will definitely need a car to travel, lots of places to see and small shops. People are very friendly. Plenty of small restaurants and beautiful sights. Here are some facts but from 2010: Umatilla is a city in Umatilla County, Oregon, United States. The population in 2010 was 6,906, but the city's population includes approximately 2,000 inmates incarcerated at Two Rivers Correctional Institution. If you want more things to do, I would visit Eustis or Mount Dora which is close by.
