The old city center is a must see. Starting from Portarata square you can go back in the time of Roman empire.Passing thru the Golden gate, and continuing down to the city square Forum where you will find the temple of Augustus.From the temple forward you will finally reach the epic coliseum of Arena. Once you've done with 3000 y.o. Pula you can jump to the time of early 20 st. and the time of WW I by visiting the fortress of Kaštel and it's underground tunnels called ''Zerostrasse''.
