Parks & Nature

Really fun playground, THE BEACH view is amazing, great trails for walking or hiking, animal/sea life (the Seattle Aquarium folks comes down every Saturday in the summer to answer any questions about the creatures there (we found a huge moonsnail once- so cool), easy parking, clean bathrooms, covered areas with grills. My kid's favorite part (besides the playground) is this natural water pool that forms from a rivers of mountain run off water. The run doesn't quiet make the ocean and instead has formed a "pool" only feet from the beach that gets warm in the sun, but is very fresh so it super fun to explore!
