Located at 14,000FT, this is the highest paved road in North America. Its really cool to drive up and take in the views. Do some research before you go. The road is only open certains times of the year. BE PREPARED to handle high altitude, stay hydrated, etc.

A must see if you are visiting the area. The views overlook Denver and the front range. There are also hiking trails near by where you can check out fossils. Red Rocks is one of the best venues to check out a concert! If there isn't a concert, you can hike or drive up to the amphitheatre to check out the views. This is also a very popular spot to exercise, ride your bike or take in a Saturday yoga class.
