EXCELLENT Mexican slow-food restaurant. People travel from all over Victoria to one of their two restaurants (the other one being downtown on Blanchard).

BEST fish and chip joint I've encountered, line-ups EXTENSIVE (45 min is normal) but worth it for obvious reasons. Call ahead to beat the line and sit outside watching the boats bob around.
