This is almost next to the Riverwalk, its a park where you can see the Tower of the Americas. No fee to enter the park but a minimal fee to enter the Tower.

It is a drive from San Antonio but can be done in a day. Beautiful farm with flower beds specially in the spring. Wine tasting,cafe,shops and garden.Highly recommended during the spring time.

One of a kind experience of seeing a huge cave, this is a guided tour. About an hour drive from the house but its worth it. They also have a zipline.

Park at the street parking near Villa Finale and free for 2 hours. Please do this early am or late evening when its cooler during the summer. As you walk along you will also find the deepest part of the San Antonio River around the area which is peaceful and relaxing.
