For a traditional party, you can go to a Fonda: La Chismosa is one in El Poblado. Most of them are a bit outside the center like La Chismosa in Las Palmas or La Tienda de Sabaneta (you need to go by taxi and it’s more fun if you go in a group). Definitely go on the weekend.
