Within walking distance of my place, this is an intriguing sight. The abandoned and vacant prison structure was destroyed in a massive fire many years ago, but the eerie remains are popular backdrop for photography and film. Dekalb County recently installed 8' fences to keep trespassers out, but that hasn't prevented new displays of extraordinary graffiti.
