Sports Bar with tons of big screen TVs, outdoor patio and its usually always busy. Local place to hang out to watch a game or just meet with friends. Food is ok.. they have daily specials.. but we prefer to just have drinks here.

Great food .. Greek and Canadian dishes. On Sunday they have a nice special of Roast Beef dinner or Fish N Chips. Not too far from the Cottage, plus they have an outdoor patio. Nothing to see as far as views, but we like this place a lot , especially with family.

The menu is HUGE... you can get ANYTHING here and its shaped like a flying saucer so the kids love it. Forget Dennys.. this is the place to take the family.

This is our favorite eat-in pizza / Italian restaurant. Great place to end your day when you've been down at the Falls all day. Short cab ride away. They have a nice outdoor patio too.

Adult eatery and bar. Busy local spot where food is very good and you don't feel like a tourist. It tends to get kind of noisy so if you want a quiet spot, this isn't it. Try the calamari app.

All you can eat sushi. This place is fantastic , especially for larger groups because the more you order, the more variety you can get and their sushi presentation is stunning. Not cheap but when is sushi cheap ?

Something different... Irish cuisine...every part of this bar/restaurant was brought over from Ireland and reconstructed here. Often they have live entertainment at night. Very cool place to just stop and have a drink and enjoy the indoor scenery.

Live butterflies fly around you in this oversized terrarium. A great thing to do in the winter to escape the cold and feel like you are in the jungle. A nice experience but don't plan on more than about an hour here. In the better weather, you can extend your visit here by walking the parks surrounding the museum as they are part of the Horticulture School .

The magic show is a wonderful family activity. Try to purchase your tickets on WagJag or Groupon. They often have low price tickets. Once you get there you can upgrade your seats to get closer if you feel you are too far from the stage.

You can take the Spanish Aero Car over the Whirlpool rapids for some fantastic views. Once the water travels over the Falls, it continues down the Niagara River and the Whirlpool where the water swirls around before it continues its journey to Lake Ontario. Worth visiting !

You are on top of the escarpment and you hike down to the Niagara River. You must be in reasonable health and fitness to do this.. It's great with kids starting at ages 6 and up. It's Otherwise you may have to carry them at certain times. This is an experience the whole family will remember for years to come. It's not your typical experience... it can be dangerous and your kids must listen well. Please remember to pack water , snacks, sun lotion and hats ! A picnic lunch is also nice. This will take a half a day to enjoy properly.
All the local people take their kids here.. we used to do it a few times a year.. the kids really love it ! Do not go in the water..the current is too swift.
