Alki Point restaurant. It's small and authentic. The food is fresh and the waitstaff know the menu by heart. Mostly locals or for a special event. Check out the lighthouse while you're in the area.

A fun place for food or drinks and only about a mile away. THE Spiciest burger I've ever tried eating. Great Happy Hour here and menu options for everyone! They only serve breakfast on weekends though.

We call this "Favorite Pho". The Owner Jimmy makes everyone feel welcome. They've been written-up for their Banh Mi sandwiches. It's a bit of a dive, but it's clean, inexpensive and fresh. The bar is always hoppin with music and darts and a few regulars.

Less than 2 miles away...the beach! We walk our dogs here often. Bring a picnic, hike the trails, visit the Environmental Science Center, or just relax. This is a beautiful piece of Puget Sound that loves showing off it's water waves, birds, marine life, regardless of the weather.

Not just a ball field, fun trails to hike, beautiful flowers, wild blackberries in season. We go here nearly every single weekend and it never gets old.

Snoqualmie Falls! We have celebrated birthday's anniversaries, taken out of town guests and it never falls I mean fails to impress. I short hike to the bottom, or stay up-top and gasp at the view. Impress restaurant, gift shop and spa.

Sightseeing
You would never expect such a large zoo just outside of downtown Seattle. If you visit, plan on spending the day. It's big! There are also breweries, restaurants and funky shops in Fremont, just down the street.
