Getting Around
Famous square and important tram stop with direct links to A. all the must sees in the city; B.. airport Schiphol. At the moment (July 2016) the municipality is renovating the bridge in front of hotel American & hotel Marriot. That is why you have only a small entrance for bicycles and pedestrians to enter Leidseplein
Because of this renovation they recently (July 2016) changed the busstops. They moved the 2 busstops at Leidesplein 100 metres closer to the apartment at the street 'Stadhouderskade' . Name busstops: 'Leidseplein'

We dine here a lot, especially in the summer! a.o. French, Italian and Maroccan- oriented. Please walk just once from the start at the Nassaukade to the end (= the square), to have an overview of all the nice restaurants in this street.
