Just down the road - A lovely walk, dog friendly, great views and Yeo Valley Canteen is just up the hill! (I wouldn't walk it though)

On the top of the Mendips, close to Priddy, circular walks, that are largely flat. Our kids take their bikes up there and the dogs love exploring. It's pretty flat, although the paths can be uneven in places. Followed up with a pie and a pint in the Victoria in Priddy it's lovely and a good day out.

A lovely walk up through the valley, you can then make your way back through the historic village, or come back through the woods, park near the cemetery, the walk takes about an hour and a half. Dog friendly, with a little stream it's perfect for little ones to explore and can be as short as you make it or longer if you want to explore.

The Strawberry Line, former railway line links a number of villages and small towns, great for cycling and walks, there a few nice picnic spots along the way. And whilst you are exploring don't miss the Thatcher's site, where you can enjoy a meal in their amazing pub The Railway Inn and pick up case of Thatchers Gold or one of the many different varieties of cider they make. Parking in a variety of spots along the way.

Amazing walk up through the combe, dog friendly, some easier and some more challenging routes, there is a map to give you guidance on the way.. The walk to the top, via the steps on the left about a mile up the combe is challenging, but the views are worth it when you get to the top!

Great circular walks, which can also take you up to the Mendips. Perfect with dogs, you can start and finish the walk at the Swan Inn.
