Since this Sandwich shop first opened, it has been one of our favorites! From the Lilliesville or the Gilead- even the burgers are delicious! They do to take-out, which is great to grab-n-go when you’re on your way for an adventure for the day. They also have some of the best wine selection in the nearby area, and it’s great to help support a local business!

Local, women owned business that has the freshest local meats you’ll find in the area. Wednesday’s are Donut days... and there are often fresh Pretzels in the main store. They are now offering lunch, which should be great- we just haven’t had time to try it yet.

Hands down the BEST Thai food in local driving distance. Very authentic! And they do offer online ordering/payment so you can have a minimum contact experience, which is great in our current times. Super portions and a great place to grab some lunch or dinner on your way to and from a day outing.

Randolph is a midsize town, and has the nearest Hospital to Tunbridge. You can find pharmacies (RiteAide & Kinney Drugs), sandwich shops( the Depot!), flower shops (sidewalk florists) some fine dining (Black Krims).

If you have children traveling with you and you’re looking for a day trip adventure, this is the place to go. Not sure what their policies are for during Covid- but they have lots of interactive games and activities for the Little ones.

A very nice, short hike to a truly beautiful falls. Only a quick 10 minutes to walk to the falls from the parking lot.

This is a hike that everyone talks about- I still haven’t been yet, but the hike takes you to a pretty spectacular vista view.

Please bring comfortable slip on shoes or slippers
With all hardwood floors, it’s nice to have a clean pair of shoes to use in the house- especially in the winter time.
Verkehrsmittel
All wheel drive or 4WD are recommended November-May
Being located on the dirt roads of the Vermont countryside- snow and mud can prove to be a challenge for 2WD rental vehicles. While the town maintains the road very well, please know the roads are quite steep, and snow/mud/rain can make travel challenging.
