Great beach for the kids with a netted swimming enclosure and no waves. This Harbourside beach is a local favourite and has toilet facilities plus a cafe. Nice views to the city from the adjoining park above the beach.

Sightseeing
We have done this walk so many times. it is a popular walk with Sydneysiders and with good reason. Spectacular vistas throughout, this walk (around 9-10km but you can just do sections of it) follows the coastline around from the Spit Bridge in Clontarf to Manly. Expect to see some wildlife- birds, the occasional wallaby and beautiful scenic ocean outlooks plus the opportunity to walk along some lovely little beaches such as Clontarf and Forty Baskets.
