City/town information
Kenai is a small town with lots to enjoy! In the summer or winter I recommend traveling down to the kenai beach access, it is a short drive with incredible views of Mt Redoubt, Mt Spur, and the whole mountain range with amazing sunsets. There are also a few great local bars and restaurants. Take a trip to Historic old town kenai to see the older town with more great views of the Cook Inlet. There are some great local shops as well!

Great activity year around! in the summer catch amazing sunsets and mountain views while taking a walk and beach coming for shells or agates, in July the beach is lined with dip netters trying to catch the salmon run, and its even fire friendly if you want to hangout late for the sunsets! In the winter walk on the frozen sand and low tide and checkout the icebergs left behind and the early sunsets.

If you wanna see some Anglers in action for the King or silver runs this a great close place! awesome views of the kenai river and the wilderness behind it!
