Vietnamese-French fusion restaurant - I can't not get the combo vermicelli bowl. Happy hour wings are incredible - as are the mules! Great house made pastries to buy on your way out!

Take an Argosy Cruise! There is a bar on the boat and I always learn something about Seattle when I go on them. If the Ballard Locks Cruise is running (it is seasonal) I definitely recommend that one - they are all a blast though.
