25 min. by ferry or 10 min. by boat is Sæbø. Lovely little town with a bakery, arts&crafts boutique and grocery store with hamburgers and gas station that is open Sundays :) Lovely people live here!

At Urke Kaihus you can get a drink and waffle (more food on the menu in 2020) right by the fjord. I once sat at their patio and watched as an eagle dived down and catched a fish. Rent our boat and you can go whenever you want.
