Authentic Filipino cuisine at an affordable price, with a stunning view of Cebu City. Note however that the place is always packed so I suggest that you make a reservation in advance, especially for dinners. Traffic can be very bad from afternoon onwards as well, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
You can however try Lantaw Busay which offers an equally spectacular view of the City from the top of the hill.
