Great Deli! Good for lunch or dinner. Wonderful crab dip, sandwiches, salmon, and steak skewers. They use ample Old Bay seasoning on most items, but will go easy on it or skip it altogether if you request.

Fun Japanese steakhouse with great food preparation on the teppanyaki grill. Somewhat expensive, but you will go away with more than you can eat and have an entertaining experiences on top of it. We never leave dissatisfied or hungry!

Only open for breakfast and lunch, but a wonderful little local place with large sandwiches, tasty food and homemade desserts. Onion rings are fantastic and huge. Hamburgers are juicy and large as well. French dip is my husband's favorite. Fried rock fish wraps with coleslaw are one of my favorites when available.

Only Thai restaurant in Calvert County, but a very good one! Will deliver within 8 miles (which includes our house). Delivery must be at least $$25. The few times we have ordered delivery, everything has been hot and timely. The fried flounder is good as well as anything in their thai basil chili sauce.

The few times we have ordered delivery, everything has been hot and timely. The fried flounder is good as well as anything in their thai basil chili sauce.

Jerry's Place is a local iconic seafood restaurant. It is definitely on the pricey side, but I have never been disappointed with the quality of their food. Typical sides are stewed tomatoes, coleslaw, baked sweet potatoes or regular baked potato, stewed kale in bacon, and french fries. They typically have fresh, local oysters, soft shell crabs, a few types of fish, and THE best crab cakes around. No fillers at all. Baked more in a light type of custard that hold the jumbo lump pieces of crab together. I crave those crab cakes and will make splurges for a big one once in a while.

Summer farmer's market and car show every Friday evening. Music most weekends at The Yard on 7th Street. Family movies set up for the evenings on the beach (no fee) certain Saturday evening in the summer. Fishing available from the pier.
