Galuppi's is a indoor/outdoor restaurant/bar. They often have live entertainment on weekends. The surrounding Golf Course is relaxing. Galuppi's is on the fore-mentioned Air Park, very close to home.

Although Carrabba's is a chain restaurant, it has very fresh food. Carrabba's menu has a wide variety, and a small pizza oven for fresh pizza. We've had the salmon, mussels, pasta with scallops and shrimp, pizza, lasagna, and Caesar Salad with grilled julienne Chicken strips. There's lots more to choose, depending on you tastes.

Sicilian Oven has the most delicious pizza in this area! They use a very hot, 7 or 800 degree wood-burning oven to provide a wonderful flavor. We recommend the pizza and the salad with gorgonzola cheese, the small salad is plenty for two hungry people. This combination is perfect when you're in the mood for a culinary treat for dinner.

You walk on a boardwalk over water, and you can see a wide array of water birds, and other animals. The admission fee is FREE, I recommend setting out early so you don't get too hot. It's a great way to start your day.

Passport Parking
When you go to the Pompano Beach, it's all metered parking. We suggest you download an app called Passport Parking, where you can add extra time without returning to your car. If the beach is packed there's a city-owned Wells Fargo Parking lot two blocks west of the Pier on A1A that always has plenty of parking spots.
Verkehrsmittel
Places to walk
Exit yard on NE 5th Avenue. If you walk North, left out front gate, you will head towards the Sample-McDougald House, at the corner of 5th & NE 10th Street. Pompano Air Park is across the street from the light. Continuing down 5th, you pass the Good Year Blimp and Sand & Spur Horse Stables. You are allowed to walk around a sandy path and see the horses. Depending on how ambitious you are for walking or riding a bike, the path continues this 5 mile circular track!
If you walk South, take a right to the next corner and walk east 1 block. There is a cute walking path around Kester Park.
