It's soooo pretty! I love it there! A hidden treasure if you like beautiful sculptures. Check out their website so you don't miss out! During the summer they're open tuesday-sunday and do a tour in english at 13.30. Don't be late! :)

A super swedish specialty is "kroppkaka" a dumpling made out of boiled potatoes and filled with pork and herbs. Extremely filling. I love them. Just nearby where you'll be staying.

Just round the corner from where you'll be staying. The place looks like a weird road house along the E4 going way up north or something, but I swear the sushi is great!

Not really a restaurant, more like kiosk! Bit random I know but if you want a really good hotdog this is the place. Then head down into Birkastan and Karlbergs slott by the water...

Love this English pub! Friendly and cosy! Lots and lots of great beer. Best fish'n'chips in town. With mushy peas! Afterwards go to Ivar Los park and Monteliusvägen and watch the most beautiful sunset across Riddarfjärden.

Perhaps you want to spend the day at Gärdet or are on your way to Tekniska museet or Sjöhistoriska, or Thielska galleriet out on Blockhusudden or maybe you just want to take a walk along the canal to Djurgårdsbrunn to see the house that ABBA Benny lives in, what do I know! Either way they make the best croissants and pain au chocolat I've ever tasted!!! And the freshly squeezed OJ is amaze!

A beautiful castle and gardens. Enjoy a walk along the canal and peep into the colony lots. Then you can either go towards Hornsbergs strand with lots of nice bars and restaurants right on the water or head to Fridhemsplan and walk along the water to Kungsholmstorg. You'll find plenty of good places on the way.

Skansen is the cutest! Like a mini-Sweden! Loads of nordic animals (go say hello to the elks, and seals, and otters!), and old houses and shops. You simply must go! Do not miss the bakery where you should buy yourself a kringla (sweet pretzel). Also don't miss the glassworks or the pottery. There's a quite nice café at the Bredablick tower if I remember correctly.
