Most car rentals are located in Chitose airport, in order to ret and drive a car in Japan, please remember to bring your international driving license. If you choose to use public transport and rent a car in Niseko, there's Toyota car rental in Hirafu, renting a car from there, a reservation is a must as their rental car selection is limited compared to Chitose airport office.
