Lizzy owns this restaurant and has a huge personality! The restaurant has an Italian theme and the pizza's are good too. It gets very busy so book as early as you can. Often have a guitarist playing on a weekend and on a hot summer evening you can eat outside.

Without doubt the best fish and chips in Teignmouth. Eat in or take away. They do a great child's portion which is big enough for me and much cheaper than an adult one.

Chris is a classically trained and his cakes are to die for! Don't leave the shop without trying his cheese straws. They are amazing.

This is the perfect on the beach pub. It's friendly and the place all locals spend the majority of their summers so I might just see you there myself! It's family friendly so a glass of wine whilst the children play on the beach is a must or if your younger and out on the pull, its the place!

The sea front has several large amusements which are great fun to spend the odd £ also go karting and mini golf. There is a family friendly pub. If you want to get away from all the excitement take a walk around the local nature reserve and visitor centre.

For the younger ones it's the place to go if you like clubbing and want some nightlife. I would recommend Park Lane on the harbour. If you fancy some nice restaurants there are the normal chains like pizza express, las Iguanas, Prezzo but lots of locally run ones like No7 (the best fish ever) or Rockfish.

Worth catching the train up as only cost approx £4 per adult. To arrive in the centre of town take the train to Exeter Central Station. It's quite a walk from Exeter St David's.
