My favourite coffee place for the last ten years. Pick up some hot bagels and cream cheese and eat them here with your coffee (yes, it is okay to bring in outside food). Great patio too.

Probably our favourite restaurant within walking distance (about 30 mins). It is classic French food and it is byob. Small, quaint and always well done. Highly recommend. Reservations essential.
