Probably not on a list of Sausalito must visits, but fantastic for the ambiance and great steakhouse food. Wood paneling throughout the restaurant and classic steakhouse fare at decent prices. We love the salmon and any of the steaks! Best to get reservations.

One of the largest farmers' markets in California. This is a great place to see and taste the Bay Area's famous food scene. Local chefs source many of their ingredients from this market. We love to grab a plate from one of the many delicious food trucks and take it up to the secluded balcony at the civic center (designed by Frank Lloyd Wright) for a quiet lunch with incredible views. Message me for specific instructions on how to reach the secret balcony!

I LOVE the Sausalito Public Library book sale! It is organized like a bookstore and has a fantastic selection of titles in great condition. Paperbacks are generally $2. There is a great non-fiction section around the corner from the main hall. It is rare I go here and don't come out with the title/author I am looking for! The volunteers are cheerful and always happy to help you find a book! HOURS: Monday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-1pm, Saturday 10am-1pm
