Lunch restaurant! With the best traditional Danish smørrebrød in town! Treat yourself and go. It's not expensive. Not cheap. But a must. You well need to make a reservtion.

Walk past the opera in daytime and have a look at the harbour and straight across from the opera - the queen's castle. Go at night time to admire Olafur Eliasson's fabulous chandeliers and have a ball enjoying a classical night out watching either opera or ballet.

Good for smaller bands - hiphop, punk... I've seen Lydia Lunch and Regina Spektor at Loppen.

I recommend taking walking tour to get some of the history behind the controversial free town. Have vegetarian lunch or dinner at Morgenstedet(the Morning Place). Despite the name it doesn't open until 12 on most days.

The metro is located within meters of the house. And gets you to the airport in 20 minutes for less than 5€.
