The Manitowoc Zoo has just under 200 animals, including 2 rescue cougar cubs adopted in 2014, black bear, bald eagle, snow leopard, wolves, bison and prairie dogs. The education building features reptiles, amphibians, tropical birds and interactive learning. Enjoy the playground, activity trail and picnic areas on zoo grounds. Located in beautiful Lincoln Park. Hours of Operation MD-LD: Mon-Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 10am-7pm. LD-MD: Mon-Sat 7am-3pm.

Really great little free zoo. Definitely an asset to the community. It's pretty small but very clean and the animals all appear healthy and well cared for.

Stop at our community zoo free entry. Surrounded by trails through the woods and with a playground on site with tables to enjoy your picnic.
