If you are nearby Nyhavn I would recommend to take a short break and get some ice cream. This is actually one of Copenhagens most famous ice cream stores. And that is actually the only place I would recommend for you guys to go eat at Nyhavn. There are many restaurants in Nyhavn but most of them are turist traps and the quality of food and service is no good compared what you end up paying for. But Vaffelbageren is always a gogo!
