The Markthalle in Kreuzberg have a lot to offer, it's in an old train station so it's covered... which has it's own perks on a rainy day. The building is beautiful and food is great! It has great options for both vegetarians and meet lovers, I recommend the burger from Kumpel & Keule.

The Markthalle IX is an old railroad storing hall which is now used as a contemporary market hall in Berlin-Kreuzberg. It's bustling with little market stands and represents the economic and social center of the neighborhood.
