A transplant from Elgin (Sausage Capital of Texas). Get the sausage poppers (deep fried sausage stuffed with jalapenos stuffed with cheese).

It wouldn't be right if you didn't stop in this place for a bunch of ribs or a whole cut up smoked chicken! My favorite sides are their mac n cheese, and their mac n cheese. lol!

Yummy BBQ and meat house. If you want to grab some local hand made sausage for the grill this is your go-to place!

Hands down best BBQ in town. If you're adventurous (or really hungry) try the Dinosaur rib.

A must visit spot on the Iconic BBQ trail from Elgin to Lockhart is this cozy family owned restaurant. We love just about everything on the menu. Some of our favs are the "Slammer" a jalapeno and cheese stuffed sausage link wrapped in bacon, yum! Also their homemade mac n cheese. Plenty of space at this place :-D
