A local institution that celebrates the fact that Ancoats/New Islington was Manchester's original 'Little Italy' and it is walk in only so great for an impromptu night out

One of our personal favourites! Rudy’s is an independent Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of Ancoats, a neighbourhood which was historically known as ‘Little Italy. They follow the traditions and artistry of pizza from Naples – the birthplace of pizza! Rudy’s is a walk-in restaurant only, so they do not accept reservations of any kind. If you arrive at the restaurant and they have no tables available they will put you on a waiting list. While you wait you can get a drink from their bar (at the back of the restaurant and not visible front, or you can get a drink at one of the many near-by bars while you wait.
