Roland’s Wood is a four hectare piece of “English beech woodland”, with a Northland twist, on Inlet Road, Kerikeri. It was created and generously bequeathed to the people – and dogs – of Kerikeri by benefactor, Roland Sansom

It's a beautiful woodland with plantings of exotic trees. It's a great place where you can take your dog.

A pleasant place to go for a stroll. Different seasons produce an array of flowering plants. Quiet and relaxing. The wood is a popular dog walking area.

Roland’s Wood. Kerikeri Inlet Road. We haven’t yet managed to get there to see it but others recommend a walk there to witness the range of trees and the bluebells in the spring.
