Not as big as Blue Bottle, they follow a similar path. Unlike Blue Bottle, they stick to the local roots.

This may be one of the best coffee roasters in the world. My favorite thing to do is to step up to the single origin bar where they have up to 6 unique coffees from around the world. An animated (and often eccentric) barista will make a single cup of whatever you choose.
