Amazing surf spot. Its possible to rent all gear for surfing from one of the two shops, Lofoten Surfsenter and Unstad Arctic Surfcamp.

Famous surfing spot, because of big waves. Nice to take a hike near the big ocean.

Unstad: This tiny community of mostly farmland, has surfers visiting all year round. Enjoy a picnic while watching the surfers, or have a go in the water yourself. The beach and surroundings are beautiful. On your way there, stop at Lofoten Gårdsysteri to pick up some local cheeses.

Info In Norwegian and English.. Hvis du liker å surfe er dette plassen for deg. If you like surfing this is the place for you. Surfers from all over the world come here to ride the waves. Surfing courses are also arranged there.

Even if you dont want to surf, this amazing place is wonderful! It is also an excellent starting point for the hiking trip to Eggum.
