Long walking trail along a lake, beautiful scenery year round. Summer and Fall are good for kayaking and canoeing on the lake - there is a rental place there, very cheap. Calhouns restaurant next to the water.

This site hosts rowing regattas featuring the best crew teams from around the globe. There is a greenway that is great for walking and biking, and there is a wonderful playground for the kids.

Melton Lake Park is a perfect place for outdoor adventures, volleyball, picnics, fishing, kayak, pedal boats, rowing, walking, running, and biking. Our river is a final destination for rowing enthusiasts in the U.S
