Erzsébet Square is a huge green park downtown, adjacent to Deák Square. Being in the heart of the city, it is one of the favorite spots for students and young people to sit down and read or just to hang out, chat, or warm up for the evening with friends and schoolmates. The huge set of steps in front of the Akvárium Klub are the Spanish Steps of Budapest. You can also enjoy cool exhibitions, design fairs and conferences at the Design Terminal, have a glass of wine in the warmer months at Fröccsterasz, and taste the ice-cream wonders of DESSERT. Erzsébet Square is a popular venue for summer festivals too.

Nice living park with a 65 m tall ferris-wheel that is the second tallest in Europe. (London Eye is 135 m.) Marvellous view of the city. Don't miss it. Only 8 EUR for adults. Discounts for groups.
