Instead, you’ll walk into a simple, beautiful yoga studio that offers an array of classes at all times of the day. Each one has a single goal in mind – to help you unwind. Whether you want to kick things off with a beginners’ class, have a mid-week power lesson or try a speedy session to turbocharge your lunch break, you can do it all. It’s easy peasy to join too. You can just turn up and drop in, all the equipment is provided and you can even salute the sun with outdoor yoga classes when the weather is fine.
