Not quite walking distance, but this is one of the closest early morning cafes we have. It's got great Kona Coffee drinks, breakfast bagels and panninis. Not much in the way of seating, more of a grab and go spot.

For your morning coffee, Green Flash is a great place to start your day. They have Kona coffee and lots of different drinks to choose from, as well as some excellent breakfast sandwiches. A personal favorite is the haupia latte. It’s a latte with coconut flavoring and is absolutely delicious!
