Unique place. Wonderful view of the landscape. Great night sky with full of stars. There are no one in the neighborhood - only You and sometimes goats . Marianna was very kind and helpful. Highly recemmended !!!

The most magical place my boyfriend and I have ever stayed in, beyond the beautiful remote idyl we dreamt of. Marianna has thought of every detail, from charming furnishings to hand tied bouquets using the local wildflowers and delicious home made fig jam. We hope to return again and again. Be warned - subsequent air b&b bookings that are perfectly ok will pale in comparison to this cottage! Charming cottage with a nice view. Total silence in a short distance from Karpathos town. Also very nice restaurants with local food in Menetes close by. Welcoming host with local knowledge and recommendations. We loved our stay here:) Thank you Marianna.

Wonderful place, perfect for relaxing and being far from each person. One thing: you have to drive a car (better if 4x4) for reaching Sitarena. Not so easy to reach in other. I really enjoyed it because of this

Sitarena cottage is a magic place to stay if you like to be out of the crowd, in the nature, with impressive view and starry nights. Sheeps, goats and cats are the only living being you will meet up there. Be prepared to drive everywhere, by foot is not that easy. The house is small, cozy, fully furnished (both bed and the couch were comfortable, but not much space for clothes) and has a massive hot water shower (not so common on the island). L’appartamento è situato in una location tranquilla e silenziosa, a contatto con la natura. Marianna è stata sempre gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha aiutati anche per il noleggio dello scooter. Consigliamo di noleggiare al Million Motorbikes da Fotis, anche lui molto gentile e disponibile, i prezzi sono ottimi e gli scooter (nel nostro caso) perfetti. Very charming and unique place, with a wonderful host

Sitarena cottage is a wonderfull little place up in the mountains, the only sound comes from the wind or from some birds and sheep that pass by. The cottage faces to the east and is a marvellous place to watch the sunrise. On the place infront of the cottage I made yoga in the mornings. Inside, the cottage is a mixture of very traditional farm-house and cosyness. Marianna had put a bunch of roses and herbs on the table.
