I rented Sarah's place for my mom and sister for a month. They had the most pleasant and comfortable stay. The place is clean, large and very bright for a semi-basement unit. The location is great, it was both a couple of minutes from where I live but also close to everything anyone might need (grocery, coffee, bakery, restaurants, buses, pharmacies etc). We had stayed 1 month in the place, and we find all amenities for normal living. Sarah, and Jamie are accessible easily and very open in case we need any facilities. The place is close to bus station , but also around 45 min walking distance to Rideu Center/ downtown and university of Ottawa. We enjoyed our staying in this house.

Great place, super friendly hosts. Being a basement suite there can be some noise issues with upstairs.

Sarah and Jamie's airbnb is amazing. Such a bright, clean and up to date apartment that is in a perfect neighbourhood close to downtown Ottawa. The area is very quiet but only a short walk to Beechwood. The bathroom and kitchen are very new and very clean. There are many big windows in the unit which make the space very bright during the day. It was a great space to live in while we were there. Do not hesitate to book this great spot.

Sarah and Jamie are very hospitable hosts and do their best to accommodate their guests well. It was our first experience with a basement, but it turned out to be a lot better then we expected. Sarah has a detailed description of the accommodation and it is up to date.
