First off, Nicola was open and communicative! We were nervous about visiting Santiago but she made sure to keep us well informed from start to finish. She’s friendly, warm, and helpful. This was a beautiful Airbnb and Nicola is an amazing host. She took care to message me in advance about the situation in Chile, and gave me lots of good information so that I could make an informed decision about my trip. When I arrived at the airport she helped me select reliable transportation to her Airbnb. She also met me at the car and gave me a tour of the neighborhood so I would feel comfortable on my own. Nicola was a great host, easy to contact, met us upon arrival and was there to see us off. She has a great little guest info book and any other questions she was able help with. The apartment is spacious, stylish & comfortable and in a great neighbourhood, walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets and the subway/metro.

A casa da Nicola é exatamente como a descrição. Tudo é bem arrumado, e tem tudo o que precisa, além de ter um jardim de inverno que é ótimo para tomar café da manhã. Existem dois supermercados bem próximos, e o metro também é muito perto. Sempre que precisei a Nicola estava a disposição para ajudar no que for necessário. La casa de Nicola es perfecta y la atención recibida por Nicola también, pasamos un rato por la tarde muy ameno conversado sobre Chile y sus gentes. La maison de Nicola est parfaite : décorée avec gout, idéalement placée et très propre. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. J'ai été accueillie très chaleureusement et j'ai pu communiquer sans problème avec ses colocataires qui sont elles aussi, très sympathiques. Je recommande à 200 %

Nicola was very friendly and helpful. The Apartment was clean and nice, about 25 minutes from the City centre. The centre of Trastevere was about 10 minutes away. It was pleasant to stay in this Apartment.

Nicola was a wonderful host, and her apartment was the perfect place to spend a few days in Rome. Spacious and clean; in a wonderful, non-touristy area with some great food and drink; and well-connected by bus and tram to the centro storico (and to the airport via train). Grazie Mille!
