Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. The large terrace with its tiled heat proof pergola and fan features outdoor dining areas and a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments in the middle of nature.

In the shadow of Acropolis-Breathtaking view

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά στη σκιά της Ακρόπολης και ακριβώς κάτω από τον Ιερό βράχο. Τα Αναφιώτικα είναι μια από τις παλιότερες γειτονιές της Αθήνας και κρατά ακόμα το χρώμα και τον χαρακτήρα που είχε από παλιά. Είναι περιοχή αμιγούς κατοικίας. Στην ταράτσα του όποιος καθίσει έχει την ευκαιρία να δει την Αθήνα από το ψηλότερο δυνατό σημείο και να αισθανθεί την θετική ενέργεια του μέρους το οποίο όχι τυχαία επέλεξαν οι αρχαίοι Έλληνες για να φτιάξουν ένα από τα επτά θαύματα του κόσμου!

We welcome you in our cottage house in Taktikoupoli, boasting a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to watch the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs

We welcome you to our cottage house in Taktikoupoli Troizinias. The ideal place to relax, enjoy nature and explore, only 1 km away from the sea (by car). Also, it is close to the Volcano of Methana, Vathi marina, the Ancient Theater of Epudaurus, Devil’s Bridge, Lake of Psifta and Poros island. All you need is a car or a motorcycle and travelling mood! But how can you come? By car via Korinthos and Epidaurus or by ship via Methana or Poros.

In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round.
