Cute, cozy, freshly remodeled, private guest house on a beautiful 5 acre farm. Enjoy your own backyard herb garden with privacy fence, picnic table and fire pit. New kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, and dining area perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, queen bed, & extra blankets. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

Welcome to Studio 7, a chic mid-century modern tiny house with Urban Flare vibes, perfect for a romantic getaway for two. It’s just a few blocks north of Gainesville’s trendy Midtown Strip, across from Ben-Griffin Stadium, and less than a mile away from UF Shands Hospital. This cozy space has an in-unit smart washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a spacious private yard. It’s an ideal place for individuals or couples to enjoy their own private space.

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages.
