Chi viene da me sta affittando un intero appartamento(Locazione uso Turistico).L'appartamento e' sito nel cuore dell'antico borgo di Scopello. E' luminoso, accogliente ,spazioso, completamente ristrutturato nel 2015.Dotato di cucina,pentole e stoviglie,forno elettrico,frigo-freezer, biancheria da bagno e da letto,aria climatizzata. La tassa di soggiorno nel comune è di 1 ,50 euro al giorno a persona(sono esclusi i bambini di età inferiore a 12 anni).

Villa piscina sul mare (heated pool)

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

It is in a strategic position as it is close to the magnificent beach of balestrate, a few km from Alcamo, Castellammare Del Golfo, Palermo and San Vito lo Capo.
