Dúplex de 100 metros cuadrados, muy luminoso, moderno, espacioso y acogedor, situado en el barrio de Guanarteme, a menos de un minuto a pie de la emblemática Playa de Las Canteras, en el que podrás encontrar todas las comodidades para que te sientas como en casa. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón-cocina. Ubicado en la quinta planta de un edificio privado con ascensor. A 140 metros de la vivienda, en otro edificio, dispone de una plaza de garaje (8 euros/día +7% impuestos).

Situado en una zona muy cómoda, céntrica y tranquila de la ciudad , en un edificio residencial habitado por Españoles y extranjeros desde los años 60 y desde donde podrás disfrutar de las bonitas vistas a la bahía. Dentro de los servicios que ofrece la zona tiene supermercados, centro comercial, club deportivo, restaurantes y transporte público o la posibilidad de ir comodamente andando a todos los puntos más importantes de la ciudad.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

This elegant and cozy apartment is right at the beach, offering a splendid ocean view from every room. If you come with children, the capacity can grow to 5 people, since one child can sleep in the high sleeper and we have a fold-away crib for an infant. You'll have numerous restaurants at hand, as well as a shopping centre and a theatre/concert hall. There are direct bus connections to the most interesting and important places in town, as well as bike paths.

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" apartamento de 120m cuadrados, situado en el acantilado, en una zona segura y tranquila! Por la noche se puede observar las luces de la ciudad. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
