Central Richmond Living in a Victorian Apartment

The apartment is on the first floor (UK 'first floor' meaning it's above the ground-level floor) of a three story house on a very quiet street but only a few minutes walk into the heart of Richmond. Guests can utilize the entire apartment and the contents. I am happy to interface directly with my guests, or I am happy to do it remotely. I live in Richmond, so I can also be on hand if needed. The apartment is an easy five-minute walk from Richmond Centre. A mix of high-class boutiques and brand-name stores are found next to cafes, tea houses, gastropubs, bars, and award-winning restaurants. Transport links connect to central London. All services are safe, clean and efficient. Richmond Station is only a few minutes walk away (where taxis are always available), and provides three services: the traditional London Underground (25 – 30 mins into the centre), The London Overground (25 mins to North London / Hampstead), and regular train services either into Waterloo (20 mins) or out of London to wherever you wish to go! There are buses going south towards Kingston, and north towards Kew Gardens. The 391 and the 65 bus routes will take you smack through the centre of Richmond and Kew all the way across Kew Bridge to Chiswick and beyond. If you are in the mood for a stroll, Richmond Park is 10 minutes walk away and the river is also about 10 minutes - great for a wander along in summer while sampling the pubs and bars. Richmond bridge takes you across to the charming St Margaret's area. The neighbours in the apartments below and above are very nice folks, so please do be mindful of them, particularly late at night when going in and out of the apartment!

2 bed 2 bath apt with very large balcony terrace

An open-plan kitchen/living area, a fully fitted kitchen, 150mbps Wifi, a 49 inch Smart TV, a washer/dryer and a balcony. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer, a coffee machine, a bluetooth speaker with DAB radio and a dishwasher. The master bedrooms have a king double bed with twin bedside tables and reading lamps. Other features include blackout curtains, and large built-in wardrobes. All beds are king doubles with the zip & link feature, meaning they can be split into twin single beds too

Large, modern, self-contained annexe, behind Sunbury House; own entrance and space for parking. Walking distance to the river, village centre with great pubs and restaurants. Hampton Court, Shepperton Studios and Kempton Park nearby. Easy access to Richmond, Windsor, Heathrow and M3/M25. Overground train to London Waterloo (50 mins). Garage facility to store bikes or canoe / kayak.

Comfortable, newly refurbished flat, with free off road parking for 1 car (+ free road parking), large private garden and quick access to London with train station less than 10mins walk. Rest well on the king and full size single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped and large comfortable living/dining room with full Sky package. The high street is a short 4min walk with coffee shops, bakeries, groceries, restaurants and pubs. Simple breakfast provided for first 2 nights (eggs, bread, milk, beans)

If you're a smoker, please don't book, thanks! * The building is a 2-min walk from a bustling highstreet, shops, banks, restaurants, and a Starbucks literally outside the bedroom window. 15mins from Heathrow either by tube or driving and a straight Picadilly line train to Central London.

Stylishly designed, safe, warm and quiet studio apartment, on leafy side street. 5 minutes walk from Twickenham station (23 mins to central London); 15 mins walk to Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Parks, Richmond, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, nearby. The flat has a brand new kitchenette, bathroom and oak floor. New heating has been installed and a hotel style bed and linen will mean that you'll be super comfortable. It’s part of our house but has its own keypad operated door.

The main area consists of one room plus ensuite that has been designed to give the space great flexibility and multiple usage. Only 12 mins from: beautiful town of Richmond; and Twickenham Rugby Stadium. 5 mins to River Thames, train station, shops and restaurants. Central London is 30 mins by train. Please note this is on a busy main road.
