Quiet and Homely Entire Cottage in Exeter

A peaceful self-contained house near to Exeter quay and Exeter city centre. Sleeps two adults comfortably and has a snug 2nd bedroom with laddered bed (5”8 length) for a small adult or child and space for cot. Appledore has been freshly decorated throughout and has everything you need for a relaxing city break, including a small patio garden. Appledore is a 5min walk to the Quay, 15 mins walk to town, with free on-street parking. Its 2min walk from a beautiful wisteria tunnel park and cafe .

A small, self-contained studio beside a beautiful meadow in a courtyard setting. Exeter University 3 miles. A studio-style cottage ideally suited to a single commuter (but many couples do stay). Stunning rural outlook, unique decor, comfortable furniture, lovely outdoor space, pretty courtyard seating. 2 beds - 1 is a pull out raising to equal height. Smart TV - DVDs Cathedral 2 miles, RD&E 2 miles. 20 mins Dartmoor, beaches. Hiking on doorstep. WiFi, coffee machine... Set in rural paradise

Beautifully quiet 1 bed studio flat nestled in the village of Alphington. Close to centre & all good city links A38, M5, Marsh Barton Train station 10 minutes walk. The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

Little Fern is a newly refurbished self contained ground floor guest suite with its own private entrance, double bedroom, bathroom, courtyard and free parking. Easy to find location in a leafy close, just off one of the main arteries into Exeter City Centre, 1 mile away. The Nuffield, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and County Hall (Devon County Council) are a 10 minute walk away. The nearest cafe, pub, shop and takeaway are a 5 minute walk away with a multiple main route bus stop just outside.

Detox in this rustic one room Internet free space

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

No Pets & no Smoking allowed.

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Dartmoor and the coast. Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .
