The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50/hour.

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Welcome to The Anchorage! Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Anchorage, minutes from both highways, three major hospitals, grocery stores, the Fire Island Bakery, and access to miles of the Coastal Trail. After a day of adventuring, enjoy our gorgeous Alaskan evenings in the fully fenced backyard around the fire pit. Our home offers a full kitchen, smart TVs in each bedroom, wifi, a wood stove, and a safe neighborhood.

Lake Log Cabin

Our lake log cabin in located on beautiful Carpenter Lake. While small and somewhat rustic, it has a loft bedroom accessible via a spiral staircase with a queen size bed and a downstairs bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. The cabin has a full kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. The sun room was our favorite place to hang out when we lived in the cabin with views of the lake and the rest of the property.

15 miles north of Anchorage our property is 4 acres of woodlands with a view of the mountains and frequent visits from Alaska wildlife. We live within 5 miles of 7 different public access lakes & are between Anchorage & the Matanuska Susitna Valley. There is additional off street parking for a boat and/or RV.
