The space is on the bottom level of my home with your own private entrance you have your own private deck with hot tub and a black stone bbq grill .This 2 bedroom 1 bath has a fully stocked kitchenette rice cooker slow cooker hot plate ninja foodi air fryer and a electric griddle 2 fireplaces beautiful bar and a dart board.We are located 20 minutes from Norris lake, 20 minutes from Knoxville and about 30 minutes from Windrock HOV park.

The Little House -close to Windrock-no trailering

5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can ride directly from the house 10 mins to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
