Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Recently converted and self-contained, it includes: private parking, open plan kitchen dining area, patio garden, stain glass windows and oak beams. Spacious detached modern annexe

A private independent generously sized detached annexe building within a countryside setting yet 5 mins drive to Canterbury city centre and the Uni. Accessed via secure metal gates on a long private gravel driveway situated along the route of the original 'Crab and Winkle' railway. The 1st regular steam passenger railway in the world. The property is not visible from the road. The two nearest pubs are The Hare at Blean and The Royal Oak, both situated in Blean and literally a five min drive.

The Pheasant Roost

Set in a private country estate near Ticehurst church, one double bedroom flat above the detached garage with its own front door. Lounge area with TV/DVD and private WIFI, basic cooking facilities and a further 2 single beds. 5 minutes walk from an award winning village pub (The Bell), church and shops. Perfect for attending weddings in Ticehurst. Private parking. Close to local attractions; Bedgbury, Bewl Water (cycling), National Trust properties, Dale Hill golf club, Rye, Glyndebourne.

Situated in garden of our house, on a quiet back road (plenty of free parking) in rural East Sussex. Ideal location for visiting Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton, South Downs, Charleston & Monks House, Seven Sisters/south coast .Pub food within 5 mins walk, also buses to Brighton, Lewes, Tunbridge Wells and more.

Ultimate retreat - sauna, hot tub & swimming pond

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Stables

Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind.  Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops,  historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

Sycamore Lodge - Two bedroom's & EV car charger.

Sycamore Lodge is a newly renovated detached guesthouse in the garden of Sycamore house. It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches.

Little Roses Guest House and private garden

A newly refurbished, quiet, self-contained guest house and private garden space. The house contains a kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, dining and living area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower room. Excellent WiFi and TV plus DVD’s are included. Situated in the lovely village of Wingham, local to Canterbury, Sandwich, Dover many beautiful beaches, nature reserves, wildlife parks, castles, fabulous walks and lots more!
